Mould Release Agent

In addition to corresponding materials, the production of glass fibre reinforced plastic components requires parting agents as a processing aid for the straightforward demoulding of parts. Our wax parting agent Formula Five has proven itself for small quantities, for example in the production of custom or one-off parts. The semi-permanent parting agent system Frekote is used in serial production – with clear advantages: Short cycle times without interim separation and good coating compatibility of the finished components are made possible, especially in the field of vehicle construction.
